Johnson & Johnson Faces Billion-Dollar Reputation Freefall

Johnson & Johnson 2010 sales exceeded $60 billion. That figure is unlikely to be repeated any time soon, though.

Founded by three Johnson brothers in 1886, the conglomerate has long been among the most trusted U.S. manufacturers of prescription drugs, medical devices and consumer health products. Over the last two years, it has suffered from 17 product recalls and countless government inquiries, investigations and consumer lawsuits.
